职位职能: 质量管理/测试工程师(QA/QC工程师)
职位描述:
Task and Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Implement the QA/QC management system for project in collaboration and under instruction by Project Manager for contents
项目合作中，根据项目经理对内容的指示，实施质控/质检管理系统

2. Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements
核查供应商的质保/质检系统是否符合合同需求

3. Be fully familiar with the verification and inspection release processes and ensure their compliance.
十分熟悉核查审查过程，并确保他们遵守

4. Review of suppler quality plans against contract requirements
核查供货商质量计划是否符合合同要求

5. Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications
核查供货商审查过程及个人资质

6. Project Verification Plan and dependent systems and procedures are developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Management System (PMS) consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements.
项目核查计划与其依赖系统及过程的开展与实施符合质量管理系统的要求，且项目管理系统与特殊位置、规则及合同要求一致

7. Coordinate with our engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies
协助质保/质检工程师解决技术问题

8. Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
确保所有与质控相关的技术文件都符合现状

9. Consider the implications of delays in QC as-built turnover documentation and bring to the attention of the site QC manager / PM
在质控建成项目的文书中，考虑到延迟的影响，并引起工地质控经理或项目经理的注意

10. Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action
控制所有不合格报告，并采取补救措施

11. Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
与现场分包商协调现场监察

12. Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built hand over
确保所有质控文书得到遵守，并竞争建成移交

13. Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
确保所有工作在开展检查前已提前做好正确的准备

14. Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
确保质量记录、凭证的启用、机械完成证书及特殊系统的文书已准备好、核对好，符合项目要求

15. Prepare non-conformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions
向质保工程师准备不合格报告并协助开展纠正措施

16. The compilation of vendor inspection assignments packages
编译供应商审查任务包

Requirements 职位要求
Education: Degree in Electrical / Mechanical/ Instrumentation Engineering
教育：电子/机械/仪表工程专业，大专学历以上
Working Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of QA/QC for consumer electronic products.
工作经验：在消费类电子产品领域的质控/质监部门2-5年工作经验等有经验者更佳。
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
技术和专业知识：
1. Good communication at all levels of the customer and or subcontractors/suppliers
与所有层次的客户和分包商/供应商保持良好交流
2. Good presentation skills, able to handle regulatory audits
良好的汇报能力，能处理规章制度评审
3. The ability to read and interpret P&ID and Isometric drawings
能够阅读、理解管道及工艺流程图、单线图
4. Willing to learn attitude and able to handle documentation work orderly
愿意学习的态度，能有序处理文书工作
5. Fluency in written and spoken English
流利的英语书面及口语能力
6. Able to work independently as well as in teams for problem solving
能够独立工作，团队中也有解决问题的能力
