Location: Shenzhen

职位职责

1.日常技术基础设施系统支持和故障排除

2.实施与地区技术基础设施团队的合作项目

3.处理突发事件和故障管理

4.负责与供应商相关的事务

5.处理与监管报告相关事务

技能/经验

1.具有期货从业资格

2.至少3年的技术支持工作经验,有金融行业经验者优先

3.日常工作沟通能使用流利的普通话和英语，具有较好的书面表达能力

4.熟悉UNIX和Windows操作系统

5.具有良好的网络系统知识

6.丰富的数据中心维护和系统管理经验

7.优秀的客户服务意识

8.善与人沟通，具有优秀的人际关系处理能力

9.具备准确分析事态、及时报告的能力

10.具有丰富的金融行业知识、经验者优先

11.熟悉期货交易程序优先

Responsibilities

1.Day to day technology infrastructure system support and troubleshooting

2.Work with regional technology infrastructure teams on implementation

3.Manage change and incident management process

4.Manage the vendors and payment

5.Manage regulatory reporting

Skills/Experience

1.Valid China futures license a must (China Futures Association)

2.Minimum 3 years of working experience in technology support,, experience in financial industry a plus

3.Written and verbal communication capability in Mandarin and English

4.Good knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems

5.Good knowledge of network systems

6.Good experience in data center operations and system management

7.Excellent client service orientation

8.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

9.Ability to prioritize and escalate in a timely manner

10.Broad securities industry knowledge and/or experience is a plus

11.Future trading related applications knowledge and/or experience is a plus
