职位描述
1. Main goals
- Overall management of HR matters: including C&B, Recruitment, Staff Training & Development, Employees Relationship,
Morale and Motivation, Staff Retention.
- Be the business partner to develop HR strategy and Policy to support the growth of Fineline.
- Manage HR team to achieved the objectives of HR dept
2. Main responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR compensation management system (Payroll & Statutory Report and other expenses),
- Review data of payroll reports and prepare monthly payroll for management review and approval
- Oversee, manage and enhance HR management and develop the HR team in HR competencies and build team work
- Establish and maintain HR policies / procedures and maintain the internal rules and employee handbook
- Plan HR development with business leaders and facilitate implementation effort
- Overall responsible for HR reporting / other HR initiatives
- Lead overall HR budget process
- Monthly HR reporting
- Hiring of key staff and overall staff retention effort
- Carry out research on training needs, develop and implement internal training programs, and use various tools to assess the
effectiveness of training
- Project management / implementation and crisis management
- Other job tasks assigned by line manager
3. Requirement
- Min. 8 years relevant experience in HR full function, especially in Compensation & Benefit. At least 3 years experience as HR
supervisors.
- Proven working experience with multinational companies
- Well-versed in China Employment Law / Ordinance
- Knowledge of Social Security, Income Tax system, Work permit process and relevant employment / labor requirements
- Good knowledge of labor law and relevant regulatory requirements
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications

5. 生产线人员底薪不低于2620元/月,5 天8小时工作制,工作日加班1.5倍工资,周末加班2倍工资,法定节假日加班3倍工资;
6. 生产人员上夜班,补贴40元/晚 (30元津贴+10元夜宵津贴),半月调班一次
