职位描述 / Position Description：

The Admin Assistant is to assist Director and support the whole team for daily work.

支持总监和整个团队的日常工作。

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

? Assist Director in daily administration, including meeting arrangement, meeting material consolidation, meeting minutes, travel and reimbursement, file signing, etc.

协助总监日常行政事务，包括安排会议；会议资料准备；会议纪要拟写；差旅及报销；文档审批等。

? Temporary tasks from director: translation and interpretation, prepare documents, communicate, etc.

完成领导交待临时任务，包括翻译；准备资料；联系沟通等。

? Departmental affairs: including vehicle and meeting room arrangement, guest reception, team building, office appliance daily maintenance, annual party preparation, and coordinate with other departments, etc.

支持部门相关工作，包括安排车辆；会议室管理；访客管理；组织团队建设及办公室设施日常维护和日常管理；年会事宜准备；与其他部门协调沟通等。

? Department HR tasks: including recruitment, organization chart update, training, daily attendance record, etc.

开展部门人事工作，包括招聘；组织架构更新；人员培训；考勤记录等。

任职要求/ Qualifications：

? College graduate or above with major in Accounting and related

要求本科及以上财务或财务相关专业

? 2 years above related working experience in multinational companies preferred

2年以上外企相关工作经验

? Highly team spirit and communication skills with various hierarchy levels and different cultural background

良好的团队协作精神，与各层级和各种文化背景具有良好的沟通能力

? Fluent English skills are required，pass CET-6; French is preferred.

良好的英语能力，通过英语6级;懂法语者优先考虑

? Proficient MS Office skills

熟练掌握办公系统软件
