职位描述

Purpose of the Job:
1. PERSONNEL POLICY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Draft, interpret and advise on Human Resources policies; communicate to employees; collect evidence in legal issues; support in investigation; recommend actions; identify needs for policies and coordinate with Group HR.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING
Analyze internal client’s requests; develop and implement human resources solutions with internal clients; advise management on complex human resources related issues.

3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Conduct training needs analysis; facilitate training programs; coordinate with training/Human Resources Development and external vendors on training programs delivery.

4. PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION, REPORTING AND SYSTEMS
Develop Human Resources related reports conduct in-depth analysis and ensure system compliance; and conduct regular reviews and audits.

5. ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING
Benchmark and network with universities, other organizations, governmental bodies and professional associations; propose to Manager, lead, plan and implement best practices.

6. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Respond to compensation and benefits related questions from clients; provide input and conduct analysis to support compensation and benefit reviews; participate in communication sessions.

7. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & COMMUNICATION
Recommend communication channels to update employees on personnel policies and employee benefits and allow employees to raise concerns; develop and deliver communications to management and employees; execute on communication plans.

Basic Requirements:
1. Support JI management and employees through HR best practices to support business development and expansion.
2. Support JI HR for various initiatives design, planning, analysis, implementation and evaluation.
3. Liaise with GHR for information sharing, collaboration and alignment.
4. Act as one of the HR representative to support necessary administrative works in mainland China.


Education Background:
Bachelor degree or equivalent. Science background is preferred. Human Resources Management discipline is a plus but not necessary. Oversea learning and working experience is preferred.

Professional Qualifications:
Certified facilitator is a plus. Some exposure and knowledge in Coaching is a plus.

Working Experience:
HR Executive requires 3 years and above HR related experiences in one specific area.
MNC working experience is preferred. Some Plant HR experience is also preferred.

Language Skills:
Excellent verbal and written in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus but not necessary

Computer Skills:
Excellent in Excel. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
