Sr. Photonic Integration Engineer

-Responsible for the design integration for transmission components;
-Define and develop design requirement from cross function (optical, mechanical, electrical etc.) point of view;
-Coordinate and integrate the product design to achieve the desired requirement;
-Coordinate the alpha/beta sample build, performance characterization and reliability qualification;
-Responsible for DFx and support NPI and production transfer;


Education/ Experience/ Knowledge Qualification:
-MS/PhD in physics, or relevant discipline in optical engineering, with over 5 year experience in optical communication industry;
-Deep understanding in fiber optics and optoelectronics, familiar with transmission component, lasers, receiver etc.;
-Experienced in transmission component design, packaging and characterization;
-Strong analytical ability and a demonstrated capacity for creative thinking;
-Good teamwork and customer-oriented;
-Good command of English in reading and written.
