Main duties:
1. Sales Activities in China
a. Execute Sales plan to meet sales volume, revenue and market share
b. Visit of the customers for intensifying the relationship
c. Respond to customer requests regarding commercial issues
d. Meet customers to introduce Knowles products to customer as well as obtaining customer needs
e. Work close with the Seltech and Knowles technical support team
f. Support of Global Account Managers for locations of Multinational customers in China

2. Marketing Activities of China
a. Collect customer information such as organization structure, market position etc.
b. Do market research of Knowles speaker and receiver market segments to locate potential customers
c. Get competitor information for evaluating the market position
d. Find new market opportunities and product trends


Minimum job experience:
1. 2 years working experience
2. Large experience in electronic field and sales required
3. Knowledge of mobile phone market will be appreciated


Special knowledge and character:
1. Excellent English
2. Excellent selling skills
3. Powerful communication with different cultural backgrounds (Chinese, European)
4. “Power user” of IT tools: MS-Office, e-mail ...
5. Team player
6. Able to work under pressure, Proactive
7. Willing to travel frequently
