任职要求：
1、精通Office办公软件；
2、精通电芯、电子料、塑胶、硅胶、五金、包材等物料性能及市场价格；
3、具3年以上采购管理工作经验，熟悉工厂采购工作流程及运作，外企经验优先；
4、良好的沟通谈判能力和成本意识，有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

岗位职责：
1、根据订单安排采购工作；
2、 综合协调并实施采购工作；
3、通过谈判或科学采购，持续减低采购价格；
4、开发新供应商，组织对供应商进行考核；
5、负责组织并督促部门人员全面完成本部职责范围内的各项工作任务；
6、完成上级领导委派的其他任务。
