职位职能: 通信电源工程师（硬件）
职位描述:
1、从通信电源的电路设计、方案选定和器件选型等方面审核电源供应商的产品设计，确认其设计的可行性及可操作性；
2、作为PM角色管理电源供应商的研发及生产制造过程；
3、在公司以太产品概念设计阶段从电源研发角度提供能为公司节约成本的合理建议；

任职要求：
1、电源基础知识扎实，电力电子技术方面具有良好的学识或经验；
2、熟悉通信电源的开发设计流程，有5年以上电源硬件开发经验（其中至少2年以上通信电源开发经验），能够进行原理图设计、EMC设计及电路仿真；
3、有2年以上R&D新项目开发的项目管理经验者更佳；
4、本科及以上学历，通信、电子类相关专业电子类相关专业。

Job Title:New Product Introduction Supply Base Engineer for PSU
Principle Tasks:
The Supply Base Engineer (SBE) for PSU will work globally to provide technical support for PSU selection, qualification, Introduction, and lifecycle management. The SBE for PSU will drive alignment between R+D product specifications and supplier’s technology and capabilities. Dedicated to driving continuous improvement within our supply base by assuring ADVA receives the best total value for all purchased goods and services.
1.Drive PSU standardization concept, which R&D would use for the individual product design
1）Assist design engineers in the selection of PSU technology provider - participate in design reviews for PSU selection and standardization
2）As the technical lead in the PSU commodity team, maintaining knowledge base for applicable PSU commodities and resolving all technical PSU module issues
3）Build up and maintain global ADVA PSU strategy based on ADVA product requirement and PSU industry status with the PSU commodity team
2. Supplier selection / commendation base on supplier design and manufacturing capability
1）List (PVL) suppliers for new projects
2）Drive PSU supplier development for ADVA performance and technology needs
3）Coordinate PSU technology and roadmap meetings with PSU manufacturers for engineering
4）Provide technical support for second sourcing for PSU commodity
3.Drive cost reduction on existing PSU designs and manufacturing
4.Responsible to manage and verify the PSU supplier NPI process, such as DFM/DFT/PFMEA/FA report/Yield report/CPK report etc.
5.Responsible for Supplier Technical Assessment during PSU supplier site audits

Supplementary Tasks:
1.Provide PSU technical training to others as needed.
2.Support contract setup for all external design suppliers

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
1.Experience with PSU R&D and manufacturing new project management
2.Formal Education Honors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/
3.The preferred candidate will have > 5years experience as the PSU hardware design engineering and >2 years R&D new project development project management experience. NPI PM Experience is a plus.
4.Broad and extensive supply chain experience, including new product introduction (NPI), operations planning, factory management outsourcing, and manufacturing partnerships
5.Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
6.Strong combination of business and technical knowledge base
7.Understanding of European/USA culture and ways of doing business
8.Desire to accept responsibility and work independently to achieve goals
9.Willing to undertake domestic and international travel where necessary
10.High energy and passion for working in a dynamic environment and providing new approaches to strategic sourcing and supply base management
11.Team player with deep cross-group collaboration and project management skills, with experience developing efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
12.Fine-tuned communications skills (both written and verbal) fluent written and spoken English
