Qualification requirements:

- Education background:university graduate with English major

- Work experience：

1. Three to five years experience

2. Experience in product management or quality management

- Work skills：

1. Fluent in English (CET 6 or higher)

2. Skilled in using office software and integrated ERP-software

- Others：

1. Uncomplicated, willing to work in factory

2. Ability to see the context and think in processes

3. High level of emotional intelligence

Responsibilities & Authorities

1. Responsible for all kinds of interpretation and translation (English to Chinese or Chinese to English) as directly or indirectly assigned by Factory Manager (English- speaking German);

2. Support the work of Factory Manager according to available capacity and capability

3. When involved in the launch of technical or organization projects, follow the instruction from the project leader, follow up and report the progress; if necessary also provide the supports to different departments;

4. Be responsible for the general secretarial works for Factory Manager

5. Personal assistance to Factory Manager

6. Finish other tasks assigned by Factory Manager.
