Job Description:

Member of software engineering team that assists Consumer Electronics Manufacturers adopting and integrating Silicon Image embedded software technology into their CE devices (TVs, Tablets, etc) via a Software Development Kit (SDK). Projects’ lifespans include technical pre-sales assistance, technology adoption/integration and continuing support after customer product launches.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (BS) or Equivalent
5+ years experience in software engineering and at least 3 years of customer support experience.
Outstanding skills in operating MS Office and project planning software (MS Project).
Good understanding of technical concepts
Previous C/C++ programming experience required
Previous Linux experience required
Strong written and oral English communication capability.
Strong teamwork spirit and customer services oriented.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
