职位描述

Principal Roles & Responsibilities:·



  • Follow-up all purchase order activities with stakeholders, including suppliers, GS team, and internal team members (ie HK, Luxembourg and Shenzhen offices) to ensure information are up-to-date and to meet on-time delivery.

  • Handle order processing and scheduling to ensure order process adherence.

  • PO data input and management (eg volumes, orders, cost & prices) to ensure accuracy in PO/system. Ensure PO data is updated on the PLM system.

  • Track any changes on supplier’s production capacity, delays, quality & deviations between requested order volumes & confirmed order volumes, and execute necessary PO change in system.

  • Work closely with suppliers to provide them with relevant information & methodological guidance to help them meeting the required performance level.

  • Monitor and track the order status on a daily basis (eg delivery plans, goods in transit) and taking necessary actions. Proactively identify and address any issues, and escalate/discuss with the supervisor and/or stakeholders when necessary.

  • Prepare exceptional reports as needed.

  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:



  • University graduate in business or related discipline.

  • Have at least 1 year experience in purchasing order area.

  • Experience working in reputable Global (European and USA) retail chain stores/buying office is preferred.

  • Prior experience in using PLM or large scale PO/ERP system a definite plus.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Team player, quick learner, energetic, detail-oriented.

  • Service oriented, proactive and initiatives.

  • Positive and can-do attitude. Ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Proficient in using MS Office (ie Outlook, Word, Powerpoint).
