职位描述
工作内容:
1.配合客户方对IDC机房服务器、存储、网络及其他运营设备进行安装、系统调试、维护、故障处理等工作；
2.负责IDC机房设备上/下架，服务器的系统安装及调试，如windows/Linux操作系统等；
3.对IDC机房所有服务器及备件坏件定期检查、检修、替换和保修，建立数据中心例行检查和维护文档；作为监控人员和硬件厂商的接口，及时响应保修并解决故障。
任职要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业大学专科以上学历，2年以上工作经验；
2. 熟悉Linux系统以及基本数据库管理和维护，熟悉常用网络设备配置，会编写shell脚本
3. 熟悉主流网络设备及品牌服务器；
4. 对TCP/IP协议、路由、交换机及防火墙知识有所了解；能够根据相关信息排查物理故障。
5. 动手能力强，有一定的沟通能力。强烈的责任心，独立处理问题能力强。
注：该岗位需7*24小时值守。
