Job description
Responsibilities:
- Work as trusted business advisor for CEOs and other Senior Executives of leading companies in South China, to assess their strategy and management issues, identify and design management consulting solutions that will help grow or transform the companies
- Implement the consulting solutions
For more senior level consultants, additional responsibilities:
- Build long term client relationship and engage in business development activities
- Develop consulting proposals and manage the end-to-end selling process
- Lead the project team and manage the project
- Assist to build up team capability in strategy and transformation areas
- Provide coaching to other junior members of the team
Required Skills:
- At least 6 years of management consulting experience preferably with leading consultancy firms
- Alternatively, at least 6 years in internal consulting position with leading companies having initiated and successfully implemented and managed major internal management transformation projects end-to-end, involving cross-departmental transformation or transformation of major business functions
- Deep knowledge and consulting experience in at least one of the following areas: business & market strategy, operation and process design, organization design, performance management, human resources management, and technology strategy
- Deep expertise and experience in any one of the following industries will be a plus: banking, insurance, telecommunication, retail, high tech manufacturing
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problems
- Strong command of Chinese and English
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Passionate, self-motivated, fast learning team player
- Willing and able to work in multi-cultural environments
- Candidate with deeper experience will be offered the position of Managing Consultant or Senior Managing Consultant
