职位描述
This position, geographically based in Zhuhai, is aimed at (a) regularly controlling the processes, control plans and products delivered by our Chinese suppliers to all Company sites, in order to reduce non-conform deliveries, and to improve the Total Cost of Ownership of these products for Company (b) developing strong relations with our suppliers, by supporting them in establishing relevant progress plans if and when needed (c) improving the economic performance of our suppliers by helping them to identify areas of improvement in their process flow, lead time, OEE or in their scrap level (d) developing strong relations with the different Quality Departments in all Company sites, and especially in Zhuhai.
Proceed to suppliers' audits, including:
- Process audit: capability, repetability of results
- Compliance of contracts signed with on-site situations (e.g. safety stocks, working instructions incl. conformity of drawings)
- Existence of Quality Control Plans agreed in common with Company (frequency, type of control, criticality analysis)
- Compliance to principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (e.g. environment and working conditions)
- Prevention of non-conform deliveries by adequate HACCP plans
Prevent, identify or cure root causes for non-conform deliveries:
- Identification of root causes, e.g. Fisher-diagram, 8D
- Definition together with the supplier of the action plan to be put in place
- Follow-up of this action plan
Specifically for new suppliers:
- Participate to risk analysis (according to COMPANY standards)
- Give guidance
- Follow-up implementation of these guidance's
Degree in mechanical, chemical or electronically engineering + additional training or education in quality (system, process, products)
5 years in Quality Insurance for technical products, including supplier audits. Former experience in the battery sector highly
Methods for conducting process audits (six sigma, evolution of capability for production equipments, quality insurance for products and processes) . Quality systems: knowledge of ISO 9001-IRIS-AS/EN/JIQS 9100-IST/TS 16949 - Good English - Computer skills
