Provide regional compensation support to major sales region.

Responsible for defining the individual quota and sales incentive plan for sales force in assigned region.

Manage the sales credit rule to make sure sales credit can be assigned correctly.

Monthly revenue reconciliation between company revenue and commissionable revenue.

Support dispute resolution on commission issues with sales folks.

Working with other compensation analyst to provide efficient commission accrual support during quarter-end.

Responsible for a certain portion of regular compensation reporting.




Experience and Requirements:


a) University graduate in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
b)2 plus years professional experiences; previous work is dada analysis related.
c) Experience in foreign software or I.T. company preferred

d) Detail oriented

e) Interacts primarily with internal and external to their department within their organization
f) Willing to work with team
g) Good communication skill with internal team and other departments
h)Fluent in English and Mandarin
i) Computer skills preferred include : Oracle, Siebel, Excel and MS Word and Excel
j) Required to work extra working hours (beyond office hours) during quarter-end
