职位描述
该岗位招聘实习生，为2015年毕业的在读学生。
主要岗位职责：
1、负责公司前台的电话转接、处理信件、传真收发、接待来访客人及考勤管理等。
2、检查办公区域及公共区域的清洁工作，发现问题及时督促清洁工整改，巡视办公室绿化摆放情况，督促员工保持办公桌及周边环境整洁。
3、巡查电话、网络系统运作、电路及办公电器设备使用情况，发现异常及时报修，保证公司电路电话通讯网络畅通及办公设备正常使用。
4、负责公司日常办公用品的采购发放，及时补足饮用水、茶叶、咖啡等办公日常必需品，保证及时供应。
5、做好公司证照文件的保管使用登记，协助主管完成证照年检、变更等工作。
6、协助主管做好公司办公家具、电脑设备等固定资产管理，并协助安排组织公司各种工作会议和活动。
任职资格：
1、行政管理等相关专业的在校生。
2、具有良好的英语听说读写能力、电脑操作能力。
3、具有较强的责任心和服务意识，工作主动，耐心细致，善于沟通，具团队精神，有志于从事行政工作。
