Responsibilities:

1. Customer quality requirements deployment. Lead the NPI projects quality launch and ensure the quality of the outcomes to meet customer requirements.

2. Do and Review the quality documentation that to be submit to customer. APQP (PMP and others) Follow up the quality issues report to customer.

3. Lead and push the internal quality teams for continuous improvement. Monitor the process quality and system. Leading the six sigma project to save the cost.

4. Customer quality complaints handing. To implement the corrective/preventive actions and reduce the DPPM to make customer satisfaction by utilizing 5C,5D, 8D or e-car

5. Customer quality and engineering support. (SPC, Cpk, Quality Metrics) To fast provide the problem solving solutions to customer.

Requirements:

1. Ideally, minimum Bachelor's degree in Industry major.

2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in other disciplines, but at least three years relevant work experience as CQE/JQE for Computer customers.

3. Fluent in English must

4. Experience in mechanical processes like: Metal stamping, Plastic Molding, painting, powder coating, assembly Integration.
