职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide daily administrative support to Senior Management on schedule planning, including calendar management , travel accommodation and transportation arrangement, various applications, expense reimbursement etc.
? Screen and direct phone calls, emails, faxes, mails instructed by Senior Management in a high volume, fast-paced setting
? Coordinate business meetings and make meeting minutes, responsible for the meeting material preparation, compiling and creating, agendas, etc.
? Prepare Conference Calls whenever Senior Management required, effectively and efficiently
? Make special reports as per the requirements from Senior Management and be responsible for documents filing
? Assist to organize team building activities
? Other ad hoc assignments by Senior Management

Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines, preferred in foreign banks
? Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in foreign enterprises
? Good time management and multi-tasking, strong analytical and organizational skills
? Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and writing in English
? Display a positive, proactive approach, show initiative
? Be patient, details oriented and able to work under pressure
? High personal standard, including discretion and confidentiality
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
