职位描述
Major Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the businesses to identify and respond to manpower needs from a resourcing perspective.
2. To develop and monitor the staffing solution, plan, and ensure the deliverables according to operation managers or line managers, to understand the staffing needs, as well as business needs.
3. To design and provide assistance in implementing HR staffing procedures, policies, and programs.
4. To work closely with line managers to improve recruiting results (i.e., hiring in alignment with skills, attributes, behavior requirements, process efficiencies).
5. To ensure all employment policies, process and systems are implemented align with Guideline.
6. To take the initiative to escalate proposals on improvements regarding tools, routines and processes for most efficient work.
7. To lead or participate HR program or project according to HR Shared Service Center running initiatives.
8. To develop recruitment channel like hunter management, job board selection & recruitment system launch, internal referral promotions, etc.
9. To build and maintain ongoing partnerships and long term strategic relationships with target campus for pipeline graduates and brand promotion.
10. To lead and organize recruitment events such as job fairs, and involve talent acquisition initiatives in business events / seminars to enhance company employ
11. Other tasks or projects assigned by staffing manager.
Knowledge
1. Graduate from college or above, good command of Chinese and English writing skills.
2. High degree of proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet applications.
3. Strong knowledge on recruiting methodology and tools (Interview and assessment skills).
Experience
1. Rich experience on recruiting process/policy and best practice.
2. Have a track record of campus recruiting and university relationships keeping.
3. Experience in team management is a must.
Personal Qualities
1. Quick learning & adaptation result driven & excellent execution, can work independently under high pressures.
2. A firm personal style, effective problem solver, ability to deal effectively with change and conflict and excellent planning and organizational skills.
3. A demonstrated passion for HR and providing amazing customer service.
