Main Job Function：
To take charge of the overall performance of depot business in operations, administration and related sales service ensuring the requirements of depot OHSE management system, Stolt-Nielsen anti-trust policy and code of business conduct are fully complied.

Key Duties & Responsibilities：
1. To formulate operations and inter-department management strategy to support the growth of STC business and to jointly prepare yearly depot budget with the Finance Manager.
2. To hold full responsibility for health and safety relating to the workshop and personnel that work within or outside depot premises in line depot OHSE policy and local authority regulations. Conduct risk assessment and formulate safe work practices to maintain ZERO industrial incident and environmental regulations violation.
3. To monitor depot activities and ensure business is being handled at the optimal level in providing quality services timely with its current structure, facilities and manpower meeting customers’ requirement STC corporate policy, business code of conduct, best practice in local industrial practice, local authorities’ regulations, OHSE management system or any other future management system implemented to be observed.
4. To schedule and appoint trainings on each level of employees and to assess their competency at work. Depot safety features, facilities, tools, machineries and tank containers are maintained and presented professionally at all times. Ensures all operational non-conformances are dealt with in a timely and professional manner with regular reviews to confirm preventive actions are effective and updated.
5. To ensure all depot purchases, payments, accounts and billings are absolutely under company’s policies.
6. To produce required monthly reports timely.
7. To carry out company and superior officer’s policies to all employees.

Qualifications：
- Education
? Tertiary – Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
? Industrial Safety Certificate
? Basic First Aid Certificate


- Experience
? Minimum 3 years working experience in chemical industry
? Staff management

- Specific Skills
? Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Chinese speaking and writing
? Multi tasks management
? Quality leadership to motivate depot teams working towards excellences
? Analytical mind and resourceful in problem solving
? Discharge responsibility independently
? Comprehend MSDS well
