Job Description
1. Support office automation apparatus at WGQ/JT/OT directly

2. Coordinate IT outsource to support LDD and warehouse
3. Manage all IT power supply and IT room operation excluding IT device
4 Office Automation include projector, scanner, in/out card scanning, phone, PBX, cable and line, fax;
5. These Job also include label printer, Dot printer and LaserJet printer
6. Support IP phone, UC and new conference system
7. Coordinate with IT outsource and plan maintenance

8. The Device age managing
9. Keep all apparatus in good status and booking
10. Support apparatus connecting with IT device
11. The message security is the first and follow up Company rules

12. Excellent daily work and case log

Candidate Condition
1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in electrical or computer engineer
2. More than 7 Year working experience; at least 3 years service field in international company
3. Good knowledge mechanical and electrical engineering
4. Computer skill is necessarily
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, persuasive and patient
6. Sound judgment, analytical and time management skills
7. well-organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic
8. Good spoken and written English skill
