HYD JN has an opening:
The HR Supervisor will serve as an HR professional along with the HR Manager will be responsible for providing leadership of the facility’s HR programs to insure positive employee relations and superior employee performance. The HR Supervisor will work with the HR Manager to develop and continuously improve the facility’s HR systems and programs meet the strategic goals and objectives. In partnership with the HR Manager assist in the development of the facility’s HR goals and objectives and long term HR strategy.
A.Implement effectvie communciation plan ensuring all levels of employees goals aligned with business goals.
B.Establish and conduct community relations activities related to employee relations, and community involvement.
C.Drive HR functional excellence through deployment of Eaton programs, ensuring quality of process and content alignment with the Eaton Business System.
D.Track key HR metrics in accordance with site and division key business objectives.
E.Drive positive employee relations through development and application of policies, practices and programs that drive employee involvement and ownership. Effectively coach and counsel employees and managers.
F.Manage compensation and benefits: including salary administration, proposing merit adjustments, participating in surveys, and conducting compensation analysis,market information, Job structure.
G.Focus on FFD talent recruitment, OCA,APEX,training etc

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Bachelor degree,management and human resource related major.
Familiar with Chinese labor law and Shandong provincial and local labor regulations
Proficient in PC skills - Power Point, Word, Excel
A strong sense of Confidentiality and high ethics standard.
Five years in Human Resources and have experience in a manufacturing industry.
