职责：
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Primary responsibility will be a China based program coordinator to interface with the US program member to transition manufacturing of cable assemblies from the US to China.
主要职责是：作为大陆地区的项目协调员，与美国的项目组成员相互配合，做好把电缆组件的生产从美国转移到中国的工作。
2. Schedule, lead and participate in meetings with US and Chinese collegues. Collect and distribute the information to internal teams and management on the China side.
计划，引导并参与美国和中国同事之间的会议。收集并发放会议信息给大陆的内部团队与管理层。
3. In coordination with the local team and US counterparts; develop, maintain and drive program schedules involving cross-functional teams on the china side.
协调本土团队和美国的涉及人员，发展、保持和引导在大陆这边的跨职能团队的项目进程。
4. Do risk assessment and contingency planning for program schedules based on potential risk. Elevate and report bottlenecks and solutions to management.
基于潜在的风险，为项目的进展做风险评估和应变计划。把瓶颈现象和解决方案提升并汇报给管理层。
5. Eliminate the barriers such as: “We always did it that way” or “Not possible” mentality. Lead the team from problems to solutions.
消除障碍，例如：“我们一直都这么做”或“不可能”的思想。引导团队从困难中找解决方案。
6. Review daily progress status, develop possible solutions to daily issues and elevate when required.
审查每天的进度，对日常碰到的问题找到可行的方案，需要时把问题提升上来。
7.Communicate daily with project teams to drive the improvement
与项目团队成员保持每日良好的沟通来推动项目的发展

经验及学历要求：
Experience/Education Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree，with major in a technical disclipine (Engineering, sciences);
学士学位，主修技术类专业（工程学，科学）；
2. At least 5 years of cross functional project experience, knowledge of lean Production system,
basic ISO quality system;
至少5年全面的功能性项目经验，拥有基本的ISO品质系统和精益生产的知识
3. Creative thinking, well communication skill, and problem solving ability
有创造性思维，良好的沟能技考和解决问题的能力
4. Leadership
有领导能力
5. Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.

CIT DG is located in the Xinhu Industrials Park, Dengwu village, Qiaotou Town, quite near to the Qiaotou Bus Station. It’s a modern facilities and convenient traffic factory. The company covers a land area of 10,556 square meters (i.e. 114, 000 square feet), owns a National standard Clean Room as well as Mold Tooling Room for Medical grade products, Injection and over molding tool design.
