服装跟单 (东莞)

职责：

1、熟悉第三方验货公司的操作流程，清楚提供各种验货的专业技术协助（供应商/客人和内部部门间）

2、主动联系供应商和查货员使得查货顺利及时地进行

3、确保完全理解各客人各品牌的验货程序和成衣质量控制技术知识

4、持续专业跟进和控制每个查货和查货报告的

5、提供专业的与客户沟通，维持良好的跟进客人的各种问题/评语/投诉

6、准时准确完善的信息给客人良好的查货透明度

7、有良好的意识为日常跟进的各种付款/预付款/成本计算去提供必要的信息

8、为跟单提供必要的改进建议和必要的协助跟新验货程序

要求：

1、最少在成衣跟单行业有5年经验,最少3年主管经验,熟悉成衣制作和质量控制优先考虑

2、纺织或英语专业的本科学历优先考虑

3、良好的实际计划/组织/协调/控制/执行和交流能力

4、良好的英语沟通能力

5、电脑技术

Merchandiser (Dongguan)

Job description:
1.Familiar with whole operation process of 3rd party inspection company, know well on providing professional servic to any kind of inspection by complete coordinating between suppliers/customers and internal departments.
2.Make sure team with good follow up inspection procedure and meeting minutes of customers assigned, give guidance and ensure team member to provide complete information/comments/requirements to planning team and inspector on time, and send inspection planning/report with high accuracy to customers on time.
3.Coordinate and provide necessary support on the relationship and communication between team member with customer,supplier,planner and inspectors.
4.Make sure good cooperation with account department on providing complete information for issuing invoice on time and following payment status.
5.Monitor team member to provide necessary sample and documents to technical department for claim analysis.
6.Provide assistance to customer service manager on daily operating and cooperation to other customer service team, being responsible for adjusting assignment among direct team if necessary.

Requirements:
1.At least 5 years' experience of being merchandiser in Garment industry. Know how on manufacturing of garment and quality control is preferable.
2.Good capability of planning,organizing,coordinating,controlling,implementing and communicating.
3.Degree of bachelor in English or textile is preferable.
4.Good communication in English(oral and writing).
5.Familiar with Microsoft and other computer skills.
6.Good team spirit and practical and flexible and efficient..
7.Initiative and proactive, responsible.
