DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Work with HR managers on recruiting planning meetings.
2.Create job descriptions.
3.Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
4.Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
5.Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
6.Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
7.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
8.Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
9.Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position.
10.Be responsible to develop admin. management process and procedures
11.Establish and implement admin cost system, maintain management on a logical level
12.Cooperate with related contacts from all vendors for regular office operation
13.In charge of negotiating with relevant companies and signing agreement or contact related to administrative affairs
14.Coach and arrange the admin assistant's work
15.Coordinate with each department per requirement to ensure the smooth operation
16.Other tasks assigned within the department and by the management
17.Office expense control; Audit office expenses claims

Qualification:

1.College graduated or above.

2.Minimum 4 years of working experience in recruiting function.

3.Administrative related experience is preferred.

4.Good English in listening, writing and reading and speaking

5.Strong in managerial and communication
