ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1.Assist in preparation and lodging the various tax returns including but not limited to the following:
Monthly IIT details filing
Monthly IIT withholding payment filing
Monthly VAT filing
Monthly BT payment filing
Monthly overseas payment withholding BT filing
Monthly survey filing for important tax payers
Quarterly CIT allocation form and Quarterly CIT filing
Quarterly labor union fee filing
Annual foreign exchange inspection
Annual foreign expatriate deductible allowance record filing
Annual CIT filing
Annual stamp duty filing
Annual IIT withholding handling fee refund
Annual disability security fund filing
2. Prepare other documents as required by the PRC tax authorities
3. Assist in preparation of the application for the general VAT payer status, purchasing of the VAT invoices, and validation of the input VAT invoices
4. Assist in other tax compliance issues such as tax clearance applications and tax audits
5. Coordinate and communicate with the tax authorities
6. Assist in other ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

1.At least 2 years’ working experience, preferably with experience in handling tax compliance work
2.A university diploma or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant areas
3.Good communication skills
4.Good knowledge of China tax laws and regulations
5.Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
