工作职能：软件项目统筹协调员

岗位目的：
项目经理运用专业原则、实践经验，带领项目团队成员控制项目进度、成本、绩效及风险，以确保客户满意。项目经理需承担项目交付的所有责任，管理项目的客户满意度、定义、规划、监控等方面。
岗位职责：
管理完整的项目，从开始到结束
管理项目，对项目结果负责
与项目发起人和利益相关者一起完成项目章程，列出项目范围、目标、成果、所需资源、预算和时间安排
完成工作分解，估算每项任务所需要的投入
提供项目进度安排，确定各项任务的执行时间
解决整个项目生命周期中出现的问题
有效管理项目范围，确保任何涉及项目范围的变更都有记录并且获得批准
跟踪并汇报项目里程碑，向管理层汇报项目状态
确保项目完成后所有项目文档都妥善存档

具有较强的IT行业技术背景或项目管理背景
