Reporting line: HRBP, Contract Logistics/Ground Greater China
Work location: Qi Pu (Zhu Guang Road, near to 徐泾)
JOB PURPOSE
This position is expected to be the influential partnership with frontline business, responsible for driving CEVA values and critical strategic aspects of Human Resources in attracting, retaining and developing local talent.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
? Communicate and drive CEVA values in Contract Logistics (CL) sites and CEVA Ground East China
? Follow up CEVA Employee Opinion Survey results and action plans
? Support Learning and Development programme and work out Learning Needs Analysis
? Build up industry talent mapping and talent pool for CL/Ground business
? Support campus recruitment to build young talent pipeline
? Zero defect follow HR shared services process and 100% compliant with HR Processes SOP
? Implement Talent Review, organisational review and succession review
? Retain Top Talents and keep stability of the workforce in East CL sites and CEVA Ground
? Participate in country HR projects, programmes or activities, as assigned
? As a contact window with Share service team, maintain staff records in an accurate and confidential manner and to make available for internal management review and external audit.
? Responsible for East CL sites and CEVA Ground C&B function, such as payroll reporting, salary survey, etc.
? Follow the China training plan, implement the training in East Cluster, such as onboarding induction and local site related training
? Responsible for the recruitment from entry level to manager level
? Any other duties that may be assigned by the Manager
PERSONAL CAPABILITIES
? Preferably at least 5 years or above HR experience in a multi-national company
? Willing to accept muti-site working locations and travel frequently within Shanghai
? Personal Presence - Instant respect with the organisation – both down, across and up
? Strong people leader – open with authenticity, integrity and respect – able to coach and create change
? Strong at driving performance management
? Determination and Perseverance to achieve results
? Driving and thriving in a fast paced environment - strong direction, speed in decisions and adaptability
? High level of business/strategic understanding to be able to effectively support and develop the organisation
? Strong talent development and facilitation skills and management coaching experience
? Open, self-motivated, self-started, integrity with energy and passion and can confront the brutal facts
? Excellent English in verbal and writing
