1.具有服装制造专业知识，精通高端时装生产及QC流程，对服装面料和生产过程有较深认识，具有3年以上女装QC跟单工作；
2.有针、梭织服装生产过程中前期、中期、尾期查货的检验能力，负责外发品质管理工作：包括物料检验，生产过程检验，成品出货检验；
3.具有较强的沟通能力，为人诚实勤劳，能承受外勤工作的压力；
4.服从工作安排，有较强的团队工作精神；
5.原则性强，工作过程中能坚持按流程办事；
6.手上有质量意识强的加工厂资源，可以有效发单到外厂；
7.熟练电脑操作（excel、word）
8.能胜任常时出差的工作方式

-Need to have a clear understanding of the worldwide compliance requirements;
-Have a clear understanding of company quality standards and all Standard Operating procedures;
-Perform in-line inspection and final inspection of product in accordance to product quality specification provided by company;
-Follow brand specification and AQL inspection plan;
-Report daily quality failures of each factory to manager;
-Report a monthly summary performance of each vendor;
-Inspect to assure that shipping carton compliance is being followed;
-Working location: base on Shenzhen, but need travel for work;
-Minimum 3 years of working experience on quality inspection;
-Knowledge of computer skills on Microsoft’s applications is required;
-Must be influential in developing new vendors to our quality standards;
-Must be motivated and able to work independently;
