Job Description：

*Discussing the products, services and insurance requirements of each particular client;
*Setting up meetings with clients and the insurance company staff;
*Working with the account manager to brief practice teams, Business Development team, and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies;
*Negotiating with clients, Aon’s producting office and insurance company about the details of insurance policy arrangement;
*Presenting risk management solution to clients for approval or improvement;
*Managing negotiation of fee income/brokerage;
*Writing reports, keeping records and financial details;
*Helping to secure new business;
*Monitoring the profitability of accounts and the effectiveness of daily client servicing;

Job requirements:

*1-3 years of insurance-related experience, foreign company experience preferred;
*Bachelor degree or above,China Insurance Broker License holders preferred;
*Familiar with all types of insurance products;
*Proficient in computer skills;
*Proficient in Mandarin and English.
