岗位职责
1、分析公司的培训需求，组织制定公司各类岗位人员的培训计划并具体实施；
2、根据企业发展的要求，针对各类岗位、设计培训方案并具体实施；
3、根据课程体系的更新，制定和完善现有培训内容；
4、完善及研发培训课程，编制相应的培训教材；
5、掌握培训市场动态和最新管理知识，为制定培训计划服务；
6、发掘公司内部培训资源，协调外部培训机构。

任职资格
1、25-45岁，大专历以上，医药专业；5年以上企业培训工作经历，3年以上医疗行业培训管理经验；
2、熟悉医疗培训行业和企业培训体系构建及培训工作的相关流程；具有构建现代化培训体系的理念，具有构建培训课程体系的操作经验；
3、对构建企业文化及贯彻执行有独到见解者优先。
4、分析能力、沟通能力、执行能力及抗压能力强。
