职位描述

Work location: Kunshan or Zhangjiagang (with company shuttle bus commute between)

Responsibilities:?
- Lead and manage A.P. IT team to provide overall services and technical supports to all sites, including software /hardware maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure daily IT operations and IT service delivery with the best with the best quality and speed;
- Drive continuous improvement and look for new technologies that secure quality, accuracy, availability and traceability for the business information and data that is transmitted, stored and processed in network communications, computer systems and computers;
- Protect DIAB information assets such as network, computer systems and computers against all types of threats - internal as well as external - intentional or unintentional;
- Ensure IT infrastructure and system in align with Corporate IT policies and procedures
such as network & system policy, and IT information security policy etc;
- Be responsible for the routine work in IT department, maintain and ensure company server and network (include Lotus Notes e-mail, internet, etc.) to be in very safe and reliable environment;
- Work closely with business needs department to implement and optimize company existing commercial systems such as Navision ERP system and other new systems to be efficiently applied in and go-live;
- ERP system management, maintenance and development including not limited forms, reports, workflows, interfaces etc. And the management and control of development project documentation;
- Be responsible for assisting users on daily ERP systems requests and process enquires and to provide appropriate solutions & technical support, and following up to improve the system to suite business requirement;
- Manage company IT fixed asset, standardize company IT hardware and software by Corporate standard;
- Management and maintenance of PC, printers, copiers, scanners, telephone, monitor system, door access system and other related IT electronic equipments;
- Make department budget plan, manage and control capital and expense spending on IT, select and valuate supplier, driving cost;
- Manage and motivate team members , provide on-job training to subordinate and develop the team;
- Other tasks or project assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Computer or related discipline;
- Familiar with IT infrastructure operations in the areas of
? Enterprise Server Administration (Window / Unix, etc.)
? Network design and administration (WAN and LAN)
? Routers and Switches
? Network security like firewall, McAfee anti-virus tools
? Data Centre management
? Desktop Systems
- Enough knowledge and know-how as development tools, SQL and other development language and database management;
- At least 8+ year related IT working experiences, of which 5years must be in multinational manufacturing company and +2 years in management role for multiple IT functions (application and infrastructure);
- Practical experience working in international teams and environments is preferred;
- Hands-on experiences in IT server administration, network infrastructure design and optimization as well as system configuration and maintenance;
- Be familiar with plant work-flow operation management mode, practical ERP system maintenance and modules development experience for manufacturing, supply chain, finance and order management, ERP project development and go-live experiences are very preferable.
- Good communication, inter-personal and coordination skills, strong logical thinking ability to analyze problem and trouble-shooting;
- Fluent in Mandarin and Excellent English communication ability;
- Good service concept, team-work spirit, open-minded, self-motivated and good learning ability;
- Pro-active, good self-control ability, independently work with less supervision and under pressure.
