Job Description:

1. Lead and manage FAE team to achieve company and supplier(SMD)'s business strategic goals.

2. Assist sales forces in assessing company products to meet customer needs and is responsible for recognizing new business opportunities.

3. Monitor all project Design-in(DI)/Design-win(DW) development status and technical issues resolve.

4. Pre sales and technical marketing activity. Bridge between the suppliers and customers.

5. Internal technical consulting for Sales/PM/QA team. Coordinating all efforts and solutions to resolve problems until MP stage.

6. Build up FAE team capability to be a 'Technical Support Center' and provide coaching and feedback to conduct professional FAEs in achieving performance and effectiveness.

Job requirements:

1. At least 3 years experience in SMD environment.

2. Team work and good communication skills with negotiation skills and presentation skills.

3. Competent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

4. Strong ability to solve problems and work independently.

5. With biz sense of product cost structure, customers/suppliers SWOT and proposal/suggestion or solution.

6. The position is located in Beijing.

2. Technical issues clarification.Issues checking list trace.Technical roadmap discussion.Customers/Competitors display trend and roadmap. Promotion arrangement.

3. Internal consensus when issue was happen.Provide technical idea and proposal.

4. Onjob training SMD team for DI/DW problems resolve.Lead FAEs and clear job and responsibility definition.Bring up and enhance team members skills.
