Key tasks include:
-Managing the outsourcing paid search and free search agents
-Be responsible for performance of search engine advertising, as well as free search
-To make reports for daily tracking, as well as on a regular basis
-Deep diving and propose recommendation on continuous improvement on user acquisition and ROI optimization
-Coordinate with cross-team members on product optimization for search purpose

Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree with 3+ year experience
? Proven track record of success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
? Understanding of Google algorithm for PPC and SEO
? Proficient in English in reading, writing, and speaking
? Proactive attitude, detail oriented, and a team player
? Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
? 6+ years in SEM and/or online experience preferred
? Understanding of local search engine’s algorithm for PPC and SEO is preferred
