Major Responsibilities:
- Align with the business departments to make the yearly training event plan and budget.
- Make sure business needs are fully considered in training event concept.
- Organize and manage the product launch/ specific training event in terms of project pitch, preparation, onsite steering, post-training follow up.
- Conduct the dealer workshop/conference in terms of formulating the concept, communication, onsite management and generating the summary report.
- Communicate with internal and external parties about project target, plan, measurement, implementation and achievement.
- Responsible for setup and monitoring of project timeline, quality and cost.
- Support on the concept development of the Marketing & PR training and CRM training.
- Provide analytic and problem solving support to ensure the 100% fulfillment of team target.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor and above degree major in Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent.
- Extensive experienced in Project Management, training event management experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of the basic training concept and logic
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sales & Marketing training background will be a plus
- Master in Microsoft office, esp. PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficient English both oral & written
- Well manage the work under multi-task with pressure
- Open minded, proactive, easy going with good cooperated sense, result oriented
- Creative and go beyond spirit
