2、有1年以上电源、及开关电源相关的硬件开发经验。
3、有很强的发现，思考，解决问题的能力，对研发工作有浓厚兴趣；有较好学习及表达能力。
4、有良好的个人素养，及协调、沟通能力，团队合作精神强；工作认真，踏实，有承压能力。
5、英语达四级及以上，出色的写作、翻译能力
