Responsibilities:

? Participate new suppliers qualification;
? Manage First Article Inspection Report process;
? Organize Supplier quality system audit and validate the effectiveness;
? Develop supplier quality continuous improvement program;
? Establish, improve and proper IQA system and sampling plans for all materials;
? Joint develop raw materials specification to meet product quality requirements;
? Communicate material quality problems to suppliers, drive and verify corrective actions;
? Support production departments by improving and maintaining IQA database;
? Cooperate with CoE, manufacturing and other departments on NPI quality evaluation and control, improvement;
? Oversee QA operation of designated production line to ensure effective execution of QA program;
? Develop OQA inspection sampling plan, prepare outgoing inspection criteria and review work instruction, communicate with customer for criteria/limit samples approval when needed;
? Handle the customer complaint, return on quality issues. Coordinate the related failure analysis, take preventive and corrective actions with CoE, manufacturing and other departments, and follow up the effectiveness for closure.


Requirements:

? Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering, over 3 years’ experience in SQE, metal process and plastic injection are preferable.
? Good verbal and written English skills;
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, such as CAD.
? Strong knowledge of ISO9001, QA system-sampling standard and application of AQL.
? Knowledge of manufacturing process, mechanical parts, machining and plastic injection.
? Knowledge of analytical tools e.g. 6 sigma & SPC, 8D CAR/FA report.
? Good communication and coordination skills.
? Good customer service skill
? Good logical and analysis skills.
