Responsibilities:

-To follow and take action on the sales targets given by the Company ensuring achievement and maximum returns;

-To handle, monitor, and follow-up Sales Leads generated by the companies and its own resources and maintain existing accounts;

-To broad customer contact, handle customer inquiries and customer problems;

-To communicate with overseas colleagues/ agents to enhance communication and co-operation on key targets;

-To provide the Management with accurate and regular activity reports;

-Other tasks given by superior.

Requirements:

- College above degree holder, major in SCM, Logistics, or Marketing related;

- Minimum 5 years working experience in Freight Forwarding/ 3PL Industry, with Sales or Key Account customer service is preferred;
- Good command of in English, both listening , speaking , reading and writing;

- Excellent presentation skill, strong self motivated, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Prior experience in both sea freight and air freight cargo business is an advantage but not necessary;

- Willing to work under pressure and goal oriented;

- Good at MS Office skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT...
