岗位职责：

1. 维护公司客户；
2. 开拓现有的客户与其更加壮；
3. 培养团队合作意识与团队凝聚力；
4. 对新进同事的基本培训；
5. 了解、监督、检查客服人员的工作状况，协助客服人员解决工作中遇到的难题；
6. 向上级汇报本部门工作状况。




岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业优先，熟练操作办公软件；
2. 英语精通，5年以上外贸跟单及三年以上外贸团队管理工作经验；
3. 熟悉外贸业务操作流程及出口业务基本环节；
4. 良好的谈判和沟通能力，有独立与海外客户沟通和谈判的商务能力；
5. 具备一定的判断与决策能力、人际交往能力、沟通能力、影响力、凝聚力，计划与执行能力；
6. 忠诚守信、工作严谨、责任心强，有奉献精神和团队意识。



职位待遇：底薪+提成
