职位描述
岗位职责：
1、在生产部主管领导下负责产品生产的质量、工艺、进度、材料消耗、生产环境的管理，
2、对员工进行培训，并做好生产设备的维护保养。
3、做好岗位作业中的环境保护工作。
4、能有效的与人沟通，确保生产管理工作的井然有序；
5、注重工作方法及工作流程的持续改良；
6、协助主管及相关管理人员做好环境管理评价；
7、负责本组位5S环境及拉线人员的管理与考核。
8、负责生产线订单计划的执行生产；
9、作业人员的培训、安排等管理；
10、负责产线品质改善和效率提升。
任职要求：
1、4年以上手机组装厂工作经验，熟悉手机、平板装配工艺流程
2、责任心强、有较强的管理能力与执行能力；
3、2年以上拉长职位工作经验
工作地点：深圳石岩水田社区附近，提供食宿
