职位描述：
1、根据客户需求完成软装项目设计方案与提案;
2、参与室内设计物料的选定及部分物品采购工作;
3、参与室内设计软装家具（款式、用料）、饰品、窗帘、灯饰等选定;
4、负责现场指导相关人员完成陈设摆场工作;
5、负责客户的家居（工程项目）配置和软装修方案的设计，协助跟进客户，促成销售。
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，室内装饰、建筑、工艺美术等相关专业优先;
2、二年以上软装设计相关工作经验，具有别墅、样板房、 酒店、会所等软装助理设计师经验者优先;
3、具备一定的空间设计、配饰设计、软装饰设计等相关知识，能熟练运用photoshop及office等相关专业软件，能使用autocad软件者优先;
4、具备一定的审美、色彩把握能力，了解各种装饰风格和各类设计艺术和工艺，对各类设计风格有较深刻的理解，并掌握运用方法;
5、具有良好的客户洽谈能力，较强的客户服务及跟踪意识;6、工作细心，有条理，效率高，沟通、协作能力强
