General Description / Job PURPOSE


1. New business development and growth

2. New production line duplication and transfer

3. New technique and process introduction and development

4. CST is looking to establish a professional product manufacturing process.



MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Instruct new product (NPI).

2. Transfer new product line successfully from BU to China

3. Improve the structure, process of mass products

4. Work out working instruction to control the process.

5. Work closely with internal related teams to make sure manufacturing operation smoothly

6. Support PD with technical /manufacturing presentations and help to answer products manufacturing or technical related inquires or complains to customers

7. Facilitate training to DVC employee with the PE knowledge to control the stable process
