Job Summary:
As part of the supporting function to HK HR, keep closing with the team of HK HR respectively. You will provide excellent professional services to the business with customer service in focus.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide efficient and effective service to HK HR team which including recruitment, C&B, ER, training functions ;
2. Set day-to-day objectives for the team and supervise junior co-workers;
3. Develop and ensure control procedures are followed;
4. Participate in review meeting of new tasks or procedure guides and implementation of recommendations;
5. Ensure all team player completed the tasks on time with high quality;
6. Follow up projects as assigned by HR Manager or HR Head related to recruitment, data analysis, salary structure etc.

Requirements:
1. College degree holder or equivalent, major in HRM or related;
2. Recent experience of at least 5 years in payroll or related roles;
3. Experience in management of small to medium organizations and ability to influence others;
4. Familiar with HR personnel system such as People-soft;
5. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and proficient PC skills;
6. Self-motivated, Attention to details, Patient, and willing to take responsibility;
7. Strong analytical, problem solving, organization and prioritization skills;
8. Excellent people management and communication skills.
