Responsibilities

? To train the VQP auditors on inline/final inspection procedure either by classroom training or one to one in the field
? To follow up and monitor the progress of VQP auditors after his/her training
? To align with related QA leads to follow up and monitor the performance of the VQP auditors
? To align with related supervisors/ field QAs to follow up and monitor the performance of the VQP auditors
? To align with related factories/QA leads/supervisors/field QAs if VQP auditors don’t meet our requirement
? To train the certified VQP auditors to key in FIR on QCI system
? To evaluate the VQP candidate and certification of VQP Auditors
? To update the VQP Update Master Chart
? To track and review the tracking charts bi weekly for probation VQP auditors and monthly for certified auditors

Requirements:-
? Diploma holder in relevant field
? 3-5 years’ relevant working experience
? Able to work with all level of people
? Outgoing, presentable and good team player
