- Management and maintenance for SMT, equipment and improvement for process and equipment
- Maintenance and improvement for tool, kit etc.,
- Understanding,evaluation and improvement for assembly defective including PCB and material
- Installation of process, development new equipment, improvement process through cooperation with suppliers
- Data analysis for process examination and improvement (process evaluation, DOE, SPC, 6sigma)

The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and planning of project required to interface with stakeholders across the engineering, defective analysis, equipment operation, product design. The candidate should also be able to perform data analysis related to systems capacity and schedule and cost of expansion for report outs, presentations, and approval reports.

- Control quality and apply system for yield monitoring
