Major Responsibility:

1. Sources suitable suppliers in term of product performance, quality, price, services…

2. Take the lead of the projects to achieve the Company’s targets (schedule, price, quality, capacity, …)

3. Participates in global commodity teams to implement Supply Chain Management strategy to achieve lowest total costs, effective asset management, continuous quality improvement, on time delivery, and cycle time performance improvement and early supplier involvement in product development

4. Negotiate with selected suppliers to sign long term agreement and service level agreement

5. Be responsible for the whole implementation process based on projects management.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree or Associate(大专) in engineering or business with 5-8 years sourcing or developing suppliers related work experience in a similar company;.

2. Good communication skills among China and US people, cross function departments and suppliers, by using communication tools properly, such as telephone, e-mail, meeting (including video conference), good reporting and presentation skills with sufficient material

3. Demonstrate skills in sourcing methodology and purchasing negotiation tools in manufacturing business, like market analysis, cost breakdown analysis, total cost of ownership, etc. (Certified Purchasing Manager is a plus)

4. Strong experience to find preferred top suppliers for each commodities/projects : financial, technical, quality, …on-site audit

5. Familiar with ISO9000 system, quality tools application in project management, like FMEA,APQP, PPAP etc.

6. Demonstrated skills in project management, leadership, team development, coordination of projects, negotiations on engaged projects

7. Working proactive and initiative, team-working attitude

8. Works well under pressure, able to prioritize workload, and demonstrates bias for action

9. Demonstrated problems-solving skills with results-oriented, skilful working capabilities with achievements

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + outlook.

11. Demonstrated Good at building up and maintaining harmonious yet healthy relationships with suppliers.
