Responsibilities 职责:

· Determine client strategy and business approach;

确定客户发展策略及业务方案；

· Realization of account plans for key accounts;

执行重点客户的发展计划；

·Signals and reports on market, customer and competitive activities;

洞察及反馈市场、客户和其他相关的活动信息；

·Monitor coordination of orders received and subsequent handovers by CSR;

监督客户服务代表的订单跟进和协调情况。

Competences and skills 能力及技能

·Adequate knowledge of Quality’s business principles and sales methodologies;

熟练掌握质量业务的相关原理及销售方法；

·Entrepreneurial, commercial thinking and attitude (customer oriented);

具有商业头脑及以客人为导向的思维模式；

· Strong relational and sales skills;

具有优秀的销售技巧；

Sales experience in product certification and/or system certification is preferred (candidate without experience in product certification and/or system certification but with ample sales/marketing and account management experience will also be considered);

具有产品认证或系统认证方面的销售经验优先考虑，若没有相关行业经验，但具有丰富的销售营销和客户管理经验者，亦可作考虑；

· Existing network of relationships within electrical and electronic manufacturing and retail industries is a definite advantage;

在电气电子生产及零售行业领域具有客户资源者，优先考虑；

· University Degree holder;

本科学历；

·At least two years (one year for AE) working experience preferably with exposure to Electrical/Electronics Industry or equivalent;

具有至少2年(客户主管1年)相关经验，优先考虑具有电气电子相关经验者；
