职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Establish, develop and execute staffing system for a new plant based on the local labour law and regulation
2. Administer the classifications, recruitment and selection process
3. Establish, recommend and coordinate the implementation of HR policies, rules and practices for carrying out the human resources programs, e.g. compensation and merit system, employee performance evaluation process, employee recognition awards and social events
4. Identify needs and develops and facilitate training related to employee development, new employee orientation
5. Ensure that employee resources are ready and well-developed according to the different growth stages of the company
6. Ensure that employee are well-informed of company-wide program and events; and act as a valuable communicating link between employee and management
7. Organize and administer Office / Plant administration including on site security management, on site expatriate support, stationery supply, house keeping, transportation for employees, canteen management, reception, hygienic, landscaping, company events etc
8. Maintain, control the budgets and expenditure controls
9. Manage, co-ordinate, integrate and lead the HR and Admin department
10. Responsible for compliance with the local labour laws and liaison with labour authority
Managerial Functions
1. Manage the department organization in an effective and healthy for growing way
2. Lead, guide and coach HR and Administration department staff
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Law or Personnel Administration, Organizational Behaviour or a closely related field with course work in Human resources management-related subjects
2. Five (5) years experience of a progressively responsible nature in Human resources administration
3. International group working experiences preferred
4. Principle and practices of human resources administration
5. Administrative analysis
6. Compensation and benefit administration
7. Knowledge in training and employee development
8. Conflict resolutions, labor relations and related labor laws, negotiation practices
9. Skill in budget analysis, cost projections, cost-benefit analyses
10. Relationship building skills
11. Sound communication and fluent English
