岗位职责：
1. 确保供应商根据合同准时且保质保量交付；
2. 负责确保从诸如仪表盘、数控日志文件等处获得正确且完整的数据和信息流，根据MEGA对选定的供应商和/或商品建立每月质量报告；
3. 定义改进方案和目标，并确保组织内进一步实施；
4. 鉴定资源需求（员工、技术和分包商）；
5. 确保供应链管理组织内人员的职责范围之内所辖部门的一切活动，包括业务、部门和团体遵守质量和EHS规则，以保证项目采购的设备和服务保质保量、完整并准时施行；
6. 负责供应商检验的资源管理；
7. 负责制定遵从企业指示和集团其他指示的日常工作指导书和指导方针，在SM实体下监督其实施；
8. 协同SM实体主管定义“know-how”和“know-why”目标，并监督其实施；
9. 负责在全球供应商网络内配置目标和项目；
10. 保持培训需求的识别、计划、执行和后续适当的培训；
11. 定义流程（流程所有者）和工具需求；
12. 提供经验反馈和改进周期和目标鉴定；
13. 有权根据事业部和人力资源部门的指导和喜好评判部门内员工的优点和所需遵循的规则；
14. 根据需求计划和预算和其他部门需求，招聘、领导、开发和评价员工（直接汇报）；
15. 定义的关键成果领域以及战略和经营目标是个人绩效考核的指导方针。

任职要求：
1. 工程专业相关教育背景，有工商管理或质量管理背景者优先考虑；
2. 发电厂EPC产业广泛的经验，特别是火力发电厂的电气和机械设计、制造、检测/检查和试运行经验；
3. 在跨国企业中有特定的管理经验；
4. 了解质量和环境管理系统标准；
5. 英语听说读写流利，另外掌握其他语言的优先考虑；
6. 了解产品知识（组件、主要过程、采购）；
7. 了解业务流程；
8. 材料管理；
9. 供应链管理；
10. 有较强的跨文化技巧和能力管理全球化的流程、规程并能和本地管理层共同领导。

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure On-Time Delivery and Quality by supplier according to contract;
2. Is responsible to ensure the correct and complete data and information flow, from dashboards, NC-Log-files etc. according to MEGA to establish a monthly quality report on the performance of selected suppliers and/or commodities;
3. Defines improvements and targets and ensuring that these are further cascaded within the organisation;
4. Identifies the resources needed (employees, skills and sub contractors);
5. Ensures compliance with the Quality and EHS rules from the business, sector and corporate within his area of responsibility activities performed by his department within the Supply Chain Management organisation in order to execute the procurement of equipment and services for the projects with required quality, complete and on time;
6. Is responsible for the resource management of Supplier Monitoring;
7. Is responsible for the definition of common work instructions and guidelines in compliance with Corporate Instructions and other Group Directives etc. Supervises their implementation within the SM entities;
8. Defines know-how and know-why targets with the SM entity leaders and supervises their realisation;
9. Is responsible for the allocation of tasks and projects within the global supplier network;
10. Maintains identification of training needs, planning, execution and follow-up of the appropriate training;
11. Defines the processes (process owners) and tools requirements;
12. Provides experience feedback and improvement cycles and defining of targets;
13. Has authority to give merit and discipline employees in the department in line with the interests of the Business Unit and human resources guidelines;
14. Recruits, Leads, Develops and appraises employees (direct reports) in line with resource planning and budget and other needs of the department;
15. The defined key result areas as well as the strategic and operational objectives are the guidelines for the personal performance measurement.

Requirements:
1. Engineering education to a degree level and an additional qualification in business administration or quality management;
2. Wide experience in power plant EPC business, especially in design, manufacturing, testing/inspection and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment as used in thermal power plants;
3. Specific experience in the management of a global organisation;
4. Knowledge of quality and environmental management system standards;
5. Fluency in written and spoken English essential. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage;
6. Product knowledge (components, main process, procurement);
7. Knowledge of business process;
8. Material management;
9. Supply chain process;
10. Strong intercultural skills and abilities for managing of worldwide processes, procedures and leading with local management.
